As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It then takes 1-3 business days to process your order, after which we will ship your parcel. Please make sure you are certain of the product specifications, as all orders placed are final. We ship Monday through Friday with no interruption, excluding weekends and holidays. When your order ships, we will email you with a shipping confirmation.
We provide international delivery worldwide. Orders can be tracked through UPS Domestic: www.ups.com DHL international: https://www.dhl.com/en/express. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

1. We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 3-5 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for UPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact UPS (Call 1-800-PICK-UPS). We will NOT refund shipping charges if UPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
Most of our shipments include Tracking with Indirect Signature Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact UPS (Call 1-800-PICK-UPS) in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order address.
